The No Objection Certificate (NOC) of Blue World City Islamabad is not approved by Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA). Presently, the status of the housing scheme is illegal.

However, the owner and developers of Blue World City have planned the housing scheme in a way that will not disappoint its residents. Furthermore, they are doing their best to get an approved NOC from the concerned authorities.
